Talking SDL Social Intelligence’s customer commitment dashboard

I’m ready to go home.

After 26 days on the road, six different hotels and countless meetings, I’m heading back to Seattle from London. I’m fortunate in that I really enjoy the places that I visit for business and also have friends in many of those locations. Still, after a long stretch, I get really excited about going home.

Nonetheless, this trip has been really productive which keeps me motivated and engaged. I get to represent all the efforts of our SDL Social Intelligence team –a responsibility that I obviously take seriously. In the last three-and-a half weeks I presented our new Customer Commitment Dashboard (CCD) which uses social data to predict how a product, brand and/or customer content will do in the market place. It gives our customers an ability NOT to just look backwards at their performance (like most reports), but also to see forward with trending scores that can be prescriptive for course correction of their marketing efforts. It’s very exciting stuff.  I’ll be blogging more about the launch of this product in the coming weeks.

Right now, I’m packing to go home.
