Bringing Street Food Alley to the House

I’ve devoured grilled meats (not sure what kind) in Manila and Ho Chi Minh City. I’ve enjoyed sweet crepes in Moscow.

So, I wanted to replicate this experience with my diverse set of friends. Last week, some 30 friends of different cultural backgrounds came to my place and shared more than 10 different types of their favorite street foods. It was a fantastic experience for everyone.

We had the Korean dukbokki, Argentinian empanadas, Filipino lumpias, Vietnamese bread pudding, Mexican esquites, as well as “Montana walking tacos“, among many more fantastic dishes.

What a great way to celebrate our diversity and cultures. This is what makes America great for me.
