		<description><![CDATA[Great set of guidlines John. I think we&#039;ve benefited the most from 1. A solid team and 2. Being extremely cheap. I think you can get pretty far sticking to those two principles.

I also think that 6. Hype can be extremely tricky. You need to find balance between an almost undying belief in what you&#039;re doing and at the same time a realistic perspective on how it is going.]]></description>
