I think we’ve benefited the most from 1. A solid team and 2. Being extremely cheap. I think you can get pretty far sticking to those two principles.

I also think that 6. Hype can be extremely tricky. You need to find balance between an almost undying belief in what you’re doing and at the same time a realistic perspective on how it is going.
