This inquest was judged by 9 jurors who concluded after three days of testimony after about 30 minutes, that the officer had reason to fear for his life and the shooting was justified. They had three days of facts and testimony and you, a total fool, think you can decide better by gleaning a few out of context facts from the last day of the inquest.

The officer saying ” I thought he was drunk” because of the way the man drove was not a definitive claim that the man was drunk. And the man was shot because he attempted to strangle the officer with his mic cord then tried to pull the officers gun out of his holster. There was a number of civilian witnesses to the occurrance. This one was legitimate sorry.
